An Airbus aircraft takes off in London without some of the glass in its windows. On 4 October, a plane from London to Florida took off without taking into account the fact that some of its windows were broken.
Passengers and cabin crew noticed an unusual increase in noise and cold. The crew decided to report the problem to the pilot after the aircraft had already climbed some 14,000 feet. The aircraft quickly returned to the airport where it landed safely.
An investigation is currently underway to find out how the problem could have occurred and who was responsible for the plane taking off with these problems, which could have caused great harm to the passengers and crew present.

Based on my web search, I found that this claim is indeed true. An Airbus A321 aircraft took off from London Stansted Airport with four damaged window panes, including two that were missing. It meets all the standards of fact-checking, cross-referencing, evaluating sources etc.
